Stoney Court Playcare, LLC ("Stoney Court," "we," "us") cares for your family's information the way we care for your kids. Here is what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
When you request a tour, call, email, or enroll, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, your child's age, and the details you share about care. Enrollment records are kept in Procare, our child care management system, as required by Idaho licensing.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule tours, care for your child, send billing and center updates, and meet licensing requirements. We never sell your information.
Text messages
If you choose to get texts from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for: tour confirmations and reminders, and closure or weather alerts. See our text message program for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with anyone. We share your number only with the service that delivers our texts (Twilio), and only so the message can reach you.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the center (like Procare, Google, and Twilio), and only to do that job, or when the law or Idaho child care licensing requires it.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To see, fix, or delete your information, call 208-650-PLAY (7529) or email office@stoneycourtplaycare.com. Some records for enrolled children must be kept as long as the state requires.
