What your tuition covers
Most daycares ask families to bring diapers, wipes and food from home. At Stoney Court it is all part of tuition:
- Diapers, wipes, formula and baby food
- Breakfast, lunch and snacks from our kitchen
- Our learning curriculum, crafts and every supply
- Sunblock, lotion and first aid
Less to buy, less to pack, and nothing extra on your bill.
ICCP could cover much of your tuition
The Idaho Child Care Program helps working families and students pay for child care, and more families qualify than realize it. We are an approved ICCP provider.
Already applied? If your ICCP application is complete and you meet the requirements, you may be able to start care before your approval comes through.

How ICCP works
Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) is a wonderful state program that helps working families and students pay for child care. More families qualify than realize it, and we are proud to be an approved provider.
If you work, go to school, or are in a job training program, it is worth checking. Families apply through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, and you pick the provider you love. The application is simple, and approval often comes in just a few weeks.
Once approved, ICCP pays part of your tuition directly and you pay a small monthly copay. Many families are surprised by how much it helps.
How it works with us
- Tell us you plan to use ICCP before care begins.
- Apply at idalink.idaho.gov and send Health and Welfare everything they ask for right away. That is what moves a case along fastest.
- Start early if you qualify. Once your application is complete and you meet the income and work or school requirements, ask us about Provisional Enrollment, so your child can start while the state finishes its review.
- Once you are approved, ICCP pays its share and you pay your copay on the 1st. The state sets the timing and does not share case updates with us, so if ICCP does not come through, regular tuition applies for the time your child attended.

Book a tourWhy rates follow potty training, not birthdays
We know this one can surprise families, so we like to share it up front. Little ones still in diapers need more hands-on time and supplies, so they stay at the infant and toddler rate even after they turn three.
Your child moves to the preschool rate once both are true: they are three or older, and they are wearing real underwear here with no more than one accident a week for two weeks in a row. The new rate starts on the 1st of the next month. Nap time pull-ups never count against them.
